Bill’s practical, real-world experiences prior to becoming a licensed attorney provide him with a unique perspective and approach with his law practice.  Bill grew up and graduated high school in Loudonville, Ohio.  Prior to going to going back to school, and while attending OSU Mansfield, he worked for two local businesses; Mansfield Plumbing Products in Perrysville and GRT Utilitcorp in Wooster.  In 2004, he enlisted in the Ohio Army National Guard where he served as a paralegal in the JAG Corps for 8 years reaching the rank of Staff Sergeant.


In 2006, Bill moved to Columbus to finish his bachelor’s degree at OSU and attend Capital Law School.  While a full-time student, Bill worked in the accounting department for a medium-size Columbus law firm and then as law clerk at two other Columbus area firms.





Bill has established a well-rounded, general civil practice.  Bill represents clients in collection litigation and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”) defense and compliance.  He has successfully represented individuals and businesses in many types of civil litigation matters.  Bill co-chaired a three day jury trial only two months after becoming licensed, which was won on a directed verdict.  Bill can also assist you with many areas of real estate law, such as property sales and purchases, crop/farming, timber, oil and gas, hunting leases, and property tax/CAUV matters.


His professional network and ability to work directly with lenders and title agencies ensure seamless closings.  He has also successfully assisted clients with contract negotiations and drafting.  Bill represents clients for business formations, planning, acquisitions, and transactions.  He also works with clients to create estate planning (wills and trusts) and probate/estate administration.  If you have legitimately been injured, or your property has been damaged, as a result of someone else’s negligence, Bill can assist you with your claims as well.
